Project Results

Here is a summary of the work packages for the iTACKLE project:

Work Package 1: Project Management

Ensure effective coordination, monitoring, and financial management of the project. Activities include regular project meetings, virtual check-ins, budget management, and progress reporting. Deliverables include a comprehensive Project Plan, regular Progress Reports, and a detailed Final Report summarizing achievements and financial status.

Work Package 2: Development

Design and develop educational materials and training programs. Activities include creating curricula, toolkits, software, and an online training platform. Deliverables include tailored Educational Material, a Teacher Training Course on intercultural competence and life skills, supportive Software, and an Online Training Platform for accessing training resources.

Work Package 3: Pilot Testing

Implement and evaluate the developed educational materials and methods. Activities include pilot testing in classrooms, gathering feedback, and refining materials. Deliverables comprise a Pilot Testing Report documenting and evaluating pilot activities in participating schools and a Feedback Analysis to refine educational materials based on input from students and teachers.

Work Package 4: Communication, Dissemination, and Exploitation

Promote the project outcomes and ensure their sustainability. Activities include developing a communication plan, disseminating results, organizing international workshops, and creating a repository of best practices. Deliverables include a Communication Plan, organization of International Workshops, a Project Website for information and updates, and a Repository of Good Practices with comprehensive policy recommendations.
